Our pricing is based on a 6 hour rental, not to exceed 6:00 PM. If a pick-up time of later than 6:00 PM is needed for your event, please alert our staff when you make your reservation.
Read the dimensions of the unit you wish to rent and make sure you have the space for it.
Most of our units run off of a regular household outlet for power. Make sure you have an outlet that is easily accessible. You may also choose to rent a generator from us for your event. Rocket City Party Rentals is not responsible for power for your event.
You need a relatively level surface either on grass or concrete for set up. Due to extremely long clean up times, Rocket City Party Rentals will not set up inflatables on sand or dirt.

Rocket City Party Rentals requires a 20% deposit due within 1 day of order placement. You can pay your deposit using your debit or credit card. Your balance can be paid in cash, debit, or credit card. If you are a school, company, church or other organization please contact us for information on your payment options.
Rocket City Party Rentals will extend you a credit for a future event. When you place a reservation for an inflatable, we take that unit out of our inventory on that day. This means that we must deny other customers rental of that unit for that particular day. For this reason, retainer fees are non refundable.
All of our units can be set up inside of a gym or rec. center. Rocket City Party Rentals will allow you to reschedule your current event or move any money on file to a future event.
