Q: What does my rental price include?

A: Rental prices include delivery, setup, and pick-up of your order in the Madison County area. Locations outside of Madison County may be subject to a small delivery fee depending on the size of your order.

Q: What is the length of time for the rental of each unit?

A: Our pricing is based on all day rental, not to exceed 8:00 PM. If a pick-up time of later than 8:00 PM is needed for your event, please alert our staff when you make your reservation.

Q: What do I need to know before I reserve a rental?

A: Read the dimensions of the unit you wish to rent and make sure you have the space for it.

Most of our units run off of a regular household outlet for power. Make sure you have an outlet that is easily accessible. You may also choose to rent a generator from us for your event. Rocket City Party Rentals is not responsible for power for your event.

You need a relatively level surface either on grass or concrete for set up. Due to extremely long clean up times, Rocket City Party Rentals will not set up inflatables on sand or dirt.

There is to be one operator at the entrance of each unit at all times. Inflatables are not manned by Rocket City Party Rentals.

Q: How do I make and confirm my reservation?

A: Choose the inflatables you would like to rent and call our office to check the availability for your chosen date. If your unit is available, reservations can be made over the phone. Rocket City Party Rentals requires a 30% retainer fee due within 10 days of order placement. This fee will be deducted from your total bill upon delivery. Retainer fees can be mailed in to Rocket City Party Rentals or we can accept Visa/MasterCard.

Q: What if I cancel my event?

A: Rocket City Party Rentals will extend you a credit for a future event. When you place a reservation for an inflatable, we take that unit out of our inventory on that day. This means that we must deny other customers rental of that unit for that particular day. For this reason, retainer fees are non refundable.

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

A: All of our units can be set up inside of a gym or rec. center. Rocket City Party Rentals will allow you to reschedule your current event or move your retainer fee to a future event.

Q: Does Rocket City Party Rentals have insurance?

A: Rocket City Party Rentals is fully insured. Proof of insurance can be faxed to your event location upon request.
